Well... we all knew that Facebook is a powerful, emm I meant popular social networking site. But this? From the official Facebook records, there are more than 140.000.000 active users, spending more than 2.600.000.000 minutes each day, uploading more than 600.000.000 photos and 4.000.000 videos daily.
On the applications side, Facebook hosts more than 52.000 applications occupying more than 660.000 developers and interpreneurs from more than 180 countries.
Amazed? I sure am.. And the funny (?) part is that it's constantly growing, so it won't be science fiction if one day, the entire world's population can be found on a site like this. And you know what's even better? With status updates and all, theoretically everyone can have a track record of every friend's actions, moods and lifestyle leadind to a global "Big Brother's Eye" we created for ourshelfs... Niiice... Let's see how this turns out...
